Here are some examples of our recent projects.

Battersea Power Station

This was a fast-tracked remodel of an apartment in Battersea Power station designed by Taylor Howes to transform it into a truly stunning space.

As an organisation, we dealt seamlessly with challenging logistics, procurement and the exacting standards of the designers and client.

Battersea, SW11

This was a designer-led, fast-track whole house renovation of a recently built home. The focus was on improving all items to suit the client’s tastes and day to day living.

Marylebone, NW1

Urban Trends engaged in a back to brick and structural reformat of this purpose build flat that serves as a London base for a dynamic couple based overseas . The architecturally led project relied heavily on the company problem solving many hurdles to get to the finished product. Every conceivable element was changed or updated to create this pied-à-terre , including new windows, joinery, smart systems, a new roof terrace and pod and much more.

Chiswick, W4

The scheme comprised the reconstruction and extension of the existing building, an emphasis was also placed on making the garden a great space to relax or entertain.

Knightsbridge, SW1

This was an entire renovation of the existing space for a discerning overseas-based client.

Existing Projects

Currently, we are engaged in several exciting projects:

Maida Vale: A full renovation, restoration and orangery extension of a grade 2 listed, 5 level London home including a full landscaping package.
Chiswick: Back to brick renovation,full footprint basement and extension nestled in the heart of bedford park, Chiswick.
Kensington: This project is a design-led full renovation of a prime grade 2 listed property with a small 2 level orangery extension to draw in natural light.
